Well my first year on the board is up and it has been an eventful time. Learning how things are managed and processed. As you can understand we are all still going through difficult times with all the things that are happening at the moment. Some things we need to remember. Speed of play through these short months, patience with members and staff, plus grab and go when going through the halfway. Golf Australia has suggested that we allow 2 people back in a cart however your Board will keep it to one, for health reasons until our next golf meeting in July.
The new halfway bar is up and running open every day Monday to Sunday 9am to 5pm with early opening on Wednesdays & Saturdays, so drop in for a refreshment and a snack. The main bar and restaurant are also open from Wednesdays to Sundays with bar open from 4pm weekdays, 11:30 am weekends and restaurant open from 4:30 pm plus for the first time open for Sunday Lunch from 11:30 am. Grab friends and family and come on back as soon as possible.
The Lottery booking system trial has started and we appreciate the feedback that we've received, but it didn't help that the MiClub server went down around 6:15pm, MiClub is currently working to resolve this. Please be understanding as we continue this trial for the next few weeks. Only log on with one device, one browser, MiClub suggests the best browser to use is google chrome and please be considerate of other members when booking. The major pennants semi-final is on the 6th September at North Ryde and the return match on the 20th September at Twin Creeks to see who goes into the final.
