2021 Zoom AGM

With  COVID-19 restrictions being extended the AGM will be run as an online meeting. We encourage all our voting members (as per the Annual Report)  to attend and vote on the resolutions in this Monday's AGM from the comfort of their own home at 7pm. You will need to register by noon Monday 19 to attend by clicking on the below link and registering. 

We have also provide a a step by step instruction sheet and the AGM meeting presentation to read prior meeting to help enable a timely meeting.

As we are unable to gather together after the meeting to have a drink and some nibbles, to welcome our new board members and thank our existing ones, every voting member who attends the online AGM will receive a $20 top up on their members card to enjoy at their discretion, especially once current restrictions are relaxed once more. 

This is an important process of the Club and we encourage our voting members to attend. 

COVID-19 Local Rules

We welcome all our Golfers within the 10km radius and are especially pleased to be able to see players still on the greens at this time. We ask everyone to remember a few simple conditions of play so we can continue to stay open.

Wear a mask in the pro-shop, while awaiting to tee off, if sharing a cart, collecting any take away and entering the Club to use bathrooms or locker rooms.

Only 2 patrons in the pro shop at a time, do not touch flags but use ball lifters installed on all holes, no rakes so preferred lies apply, sand buckets not to be shared, carts with one driver only, only touch your own bag, markers do not mark partners card, remember to sanitise hands and keep 1.5 social distance where ever possible.

Then once you have finished your game we ask you to leave the course immediately. Once this current COVID-19 conditions have been relaxed we look forward to be able to welcome you to stay and socialise, just not during these current times for your safety and others.
