Saturday Timesheet Trial – Starts 10th October
Your Board continues to try and make Competition bookings more equitable, particularly for the Saturday Timesheet. To this end, the Board has decided to TRIAL a new booking method for one month, for Saturday Competitions only.
– The Trial starts on Thursday October 10th for the Competition on Saturday 19th October and ends November 2nd for Saturday 9th Competition.
On Thursday 10th October at 6:30 pm, half the competition sheet will open at the Club Kiosk and on the Website.
- 4:30 pm – There will be a Kiosk line up sheet for names at the Main Bar
- Members must put their name and member number on the sheet to be in the queue for the Competition sheet
- 6:30 pm – Sheet opens at the Club Kiosk and on the Website
On SATURDAY 12th of October at 3:00 pm, the second half of the time sheet will open at the Club Kiosk – It will not open on the Website until 4 pm (1 hour later).
- 12:00 pm – There will be a Kiosk line up sheet for names at the Main Bar
- Members must again put their name and member number down to be in the queue for the Competition sheet
- 3:00 pm – sheet will open at the Club Kiosk
- 4:00 pm – sheet will open on the Website
PLEASE NOTE:
- Members must remain at the Club while waiting for the sheet to open. You can be in the Club, on the putting green or practice nets, but you cannot be on the course or off the premises
- Each member can only put down 4 names
– The 2 sheets will be merged during the week so any changes can be made on the Website
– The Waitlist will open up at the same time as the Website being 4 pm
– This trial will run for 4 weeks starting 10th October for Saturday 19th Competition and finishing Saturday 2nd for Saturday 9th November Competition
