Call for Nominations for The Election of The Board of Directors
In accordance with Rule 30.1 of the Club’s Constitution, nominations for the election of candidates to the positions of President, Captain, Vice-President, Vice-Captain and five (5) Ordinary Board Members, are requested.
Nomination forms are available from the Club’s office or may be downloaded here.
Completed nominations must be signed by a Proposer, Seconder and the Nominee, who must all be eligible Voting Members. Completed nomination forms should be delivered to the Club’s office by hand, by post, or by email to gm@northrydegolfclub.com.au and must be received by 5.00 pm AEST on Monday, 31 May 2021.
If there are more nominations than positions available, a ballot will be held to determine the successful candidate for that office. Any ballots for contested positions will be held using electronic means in accordance with the Club’s Constitution and By-Laws.
The results of the 2021 Board elections will be declared at the Club’s annual general meeting on Monday, 28 June 2021.
