Weekly Course Update
This past week has been a bit quite work wise due to the high winds and rain we received over two days which totaled 26.5 mm, it was much needed to give the course a nice soaking without causing any bunker or tree damage plus lifting the dam levels by .
Bunker drainage/ sand depth maintenance is still ongoing with only another 5 partially completed due to the weather conditions and the quarry not being able to provide sand due to equipment problems this past week. The 28 bunkers that have been completed drained completely with no puddles forming.
Just a reminder about our stockpile of fire wood – The club has a large amount of stock pilled wood for members to access, almost all timber is cut for immediate use with all being easy to load into a car boot or trailer. Pickup is by arrangement,
Monday to Friday only during work hours 5.30 am – 2.00 pm.
