Lady Veterans
Please make a note in your fixture book that the Lady Veterans Invitation Day is on Thursday 25 March – Due to COVID restrictions the Club is currently not hosting visitors so this will be a Club only event. It will be an Irish Team Stableford (team of four) with prizes for the best nett score.
Please note Course Renovations on March 15 & 16. There is a VWGA Event on March 15 at the Coast Golf Course. It is a 2BBB, cost is $40 per person and a great chance to play at another course. Entry forms can be found in our folder on the bench in the locker room, payment for this event goes in our “Veterans Event Box” on the bench, closing date April 9.
The ball rundown commenced on February 2 and the nine-hole competition on February 4. Winners of these balls are recorded in the “Ball Book” found on the bench in the locker room. These balls go straight onto your account with the Pro Shop and you can collect them from Marty, all balls won in February need to be collected by end of March but from March 1 you can let them accumulate on your account until the end of the 2021-22 membership period (28.02.22).
The “Gobbler Book” is also on the bench in the locker room. Just enter your gobbler using any club except a putter. To enter any of these events you must be a financial member of the North Ryde LadyVeterans – you can check the list of financial members on our board in the locker room. This list will be updated as payment is made.
