HOW TO ENTER

Every purchase of a Stone & Wood beverage between 1-28 August will receive an entry into the weekly draw. There will be ONE entry only per beverage, regardless of the size purchased: i.e. a schooner, middie, stubby or jug purchased will all equal ONE entry each.

Completed entries must be placed in the barrel that will be located in the Sports Bar, prior to the draw held each Friday.

Stone & Wood beverages that have been provided free of charge or using a voucher – for eg using a Super Saturday voucher, Friday Member Golf free drink voucher or similar – will NOT receive an entry

COMPLETING YOUR ENTRY TICKET

Non-members must enter their FULL NAME and MOBILE NO on the entry where indicated

Entries for Members will be pre-printed with the Member’s Name and Member Number. Members may transfer their entry by:

1. Crossing out the pre-printed name on the ticket;
2. Entering the FULL NAME and MOBILE NO for the person the entry is being transferred to.

For the avoidance of doubt, should the name and/or phone number handwritten on a member’s entry be unclear, the winner will be announced as the Member as pre-printed on the voucher.

If the weekly winner cannot be properly identifed or contacted – for eg if the phone number on the entry is not correct, there will be a re-draw on the following Friday (draw will be from the remaining entries from the prior week’s draw)

WEEKLY DRAWS

There will be a draw held each week on Friday, following the Meat Raffle at approx 6:45pm.  All entries in the barrel at the time of the draw will be included in the draw.

The weekly winner does NOT need to be present in the Club at the time of the draw to win.

Following each weekly draw, all remaining entries will be removed from the barrel, ie those entries will NOT be included in any future weekly draw. Any NEW entries from purchases following the weekly draw will be included in the next Friday draw.
