Marty was appointed Head Professional at NRGC in 1999 and has over 41 years industry experience. Whilst he is no longer taking on new coaching clients, he is always happy to provide honest advice on the best equipment to improve your game.

Chloe is an experienced golf professional who has been part of the North Ryde Pro Shop team since 2023. Chloe runs the Club’s Cadet program.

Cadet Program

The North Ryde Golf Club Junior Cadet program is the pathway for the development of young golfers before joining the Club as a Junior member. The program focuses on the important aspects of the game.

These aspects include the following:

Basic fundamentals, e.g. chipping, putting, control, etc
Swing coaching
Competitions
Course Management
Rules and Etiquette

As a Cadet you are permitted to play on the course at no charge outside of members’ competition times. Under supervision, the Cadets are able to use the Club’s practice facilities.

The Cadets experience being a Junior member, through interaction with Junior members at meetings, social evenings and golf events. Fees are as per the club’s Subscriptions & Joining Fees Schedule.

To register for the Cadet program complete and submit the Membership Application form. Applicants are urged to submit their form as soon as possible as there may be a waiting list. Further enquiries can be made through the Contact Us page.
