Introducing: LILLY PILLY GIN by Manly Spirits

Lilly Pilly Pink Gin is a fruity lighter style gin, crafted with zero-sugar creating a balanced pink gin that isn’t overly sweet. Crafted using the vibrant & succulent summer berries of the Australian native Lilly Pilly and rambling edible pink flowers found tucked in the coastal dunes of the Northern Beaches of Sydney, Australia.

All natural raspberry infused pink hue handcrafted for pure tastebud delight. Infused with twelve botanicals including Lilly Pilly, Riberry, Native Limes, Raspberry, Blood Orange, Coriander, Angelica, Orris, Juniper, Rosella, Sea Fig and Nasturtium.

Tasting Notes: A classic gin foundation with soft red berry notes from Lilly Pilly and Raspberry, complemented with citrus from native limes and blood orange. A refreshing fruity finish served well with a splash of tonic, garnished with raspberry, pink grapefruit slice and edible flowers.

Introducing: THE BEACHES GIN by Manly Spirits

A luscious, tropical gin that will transport your tastebuds to the Beaches, with a pineapple & lime backbone, and classic tropical flavours of mango, coconut and banana.

Key botanicals include: Mango, Coconut, Banana, Pineapple, Blood Orange, Rainforest Lime, Finger Lime, Juniper, Coriander, Angelica, Orris, Sea Parsley

Tasting Notes:

NOSE: Intense tropical notes of lush floral coconut, honeyed banana, and aromatic mangoes, with a hint of juniper & sea parsley notes poking through.

PALATE: Smooth and creamy upfront, with a rich sweet mouthfeel from nutty coconut, creamy banana, and juicy mango, coupled with citrus notes from blood orange, Rainforest lime and classic tart crushed pineapples.

FINISH: Lush, sweet notes, with a refreshing pine-lime citrus finish.
