Our Golf Course - North Ryde Golf Club

Our Golf Course

North Ryde Golf Club is an 18-hole, par 69 beautifully maintained golf course that encompasses many of the traits of a championship course. The course is enjoyable and challenging, with an emphasis on positional and accurate golf. Each fairway is tight and undulating with the natural terrain. Densely populated with flora, shots are constantly shaped around and turned between stands of magnificent flourishing trees. Strategically positioned water hazards and bunkers provide an intermediary test of golf.

Course Conditions

Course is OPEN and Carts are ON.  Greens have been cored and sanded earlier this week

Practice Facilities

Prior to your round, utilise our practice facilities to warm up your swing and hone your putting.

Practice Putting Green

The practice putting green is large enough for six separate holes. Different degrees of gradual sloping offer many variations of putts to be practiced.

Beautifully maintained gardens surround this feature part of the course.

Warm Up Bays

The club provides warm up bays for your irons or driver for Members use. Non-members can also use these prior a booked game. This facility allows golfers to get the swing in motion prior to their round of golf.

Course Care & Etiquette

At North Ryde Golf Club, we take pride in maintaining a high-quality course for all players to enjoy. To help preserve its condition and ensure a positive experience for everyone, we kindly ask all members and guests to follow basic course care and golf etiquette. By doing your part, you help keep our course in top shape for future rounds.

Rake the bunkers

There’s nothing worse than your ball ending up in a footprint that has not been raked by an earlier player.

Please use the rakes provided on the course to fill up and smooth over all holes and footprints.

Repair divots in the fairway or rough

Ever had your ball end up here?

To avoid this, please repair all divots in the fairway and rough, by gently chopping down the edges of the divot and placing sand in the divot.

Pitch marks

Players should carefully repair any divot holes and any damage to the putting green made by the impact of a ball.

Safety

You must wait until the players in front are out of range.  If you fail to wait until the players in front are out of your range i.e. the distance you can hit the ball, you may be found to legally liable if your ball hits and injures somebody.

If your ball is heading in a direction where there is a danger of it hitting someone, shout a warning immediately. The traditional word of warning is “fore!”
